Krissi specializes in Myofascial Release (MFR) massage and is currently studying and incorporating Healing Touch therapy into a holistic wellness practice that guides clients from conventional Western medicine to a more integrated, natural approach. Her brand, Essential Goddess Women’s Wellness, embodies her passion for helping women reclaim their health and well-being through personalized coaching, essential oils, and various modalities of energy work.
